Sweet Surprise Monthly Potluck Gift Box

This is a subscription product for a 'sweet surprise' gift box to be sent to you or your loved ones each month. You can tailor your sweet treats so you get just what you need. Ordering this starts monthly shipments of our homemade sweets. We will create a varying gift box each month based on the preferences you indicate above, so be sure to check all the boxes for the sweets you like. Preferences can be changed with a call to the store or through the 'contact' option on the website. Also importantly provide any exclusions or restrictions in the text area. Sweeties will pick up $5 of your shipping for being a monthly subscriber. Our website does not save payment info, so we will have to call you to get payment info for the future shipments. The subscription will be active until it is cancelled or paused. We will ship on the anniversary of the order unless you specify a preferred date.

Since we are subsidizing shipping this product will not participate in the rewards program. We established a 'base price' then give you the option to increase the size of the gift box based on the size of your sweet tooth and the number of people you are sharing with. We will deliver FREE to Georgetown and up Hwy17 to Murrells Inlet.
